Hot Nerd Crush: Kristen Bell and Conan O’Brien

Farewell, my friend! See you soon!
Alright! Let’s hear it for the pale! This week we’re going to take a look at two of the hottest pale people ever, Kristen Bell and Conan O’Brien. The reasons for these picks (other than their lack of skin pigment) should be obvious. They’re both hot as can be, but also very, very talented. So, without further ado, let’s have a look at Kristen and Conan after the jump.
Conan’s been in the news a little bit lately, you might have heard. Of course, in my opinion NBC has gone crazy and lost one of the funniest hosts in history. Then again, I never saw Conan as a successor for The Tonight Show. I was happy along with all the other nerds when he got the job, but it was restrictive. As soon as you realized you wouldn’t see Masturbating Bear for months on end, you knew that perhaps, this wasn’t the right venue for him. I think Conan’s a genius. First off, his name is absolutely awesome. Also, he wrote one of my favorite episodes of The Simpsons, Marge vs. The Monorail. That’s right…he wrote that monorail song. That should be enough to get him into the screenwriter’s hall of fame. After taking over for David Letterman on NBC, he quickly set about making a name for himself as one of the funniest reasons to turn your television on after a certain hour. His final Tonight Show broadcast was one of the most dignified, coolest showings by a man who had been under enormous pressure and simply decided to be himself. You can’t fault the guy. He’s magnificent, and magnificently funny, and late night will be lesser without him in it for the next seven months. I can’t wait to see what else the future holds for this ridiculously talented man.

I think my brain exploded when I found this picture.
Kristen Bell is gorgeous, sexy, smart, and funny. She first gathered my attention, much like almost everyone else, in the excellent mystery series Veronica Mars. She assures us that hopefully, at some point, we’ll see the future of this character (possibly in the FBI) in a movie. I hope sooner, rather than later. The cancellation of that show angered me like the end of most show haven’t. What? I said most! Obviously, I’m not talking about Terminator or Firefly or…or, or, or… Anyways, she’s done a great deal of voicework, lately for Astroboy and Assassin’s Creed 2. And, let’s not forget her somewhat humanistic turn in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Her performance stuck with me, because I’ve been there against such a woman in the past. That’s the point of the thing, I think. We’ve all been there. Well, maybe my mom hasn’t, but, you never can tell, I guess. Besides, you know I have a thing for women with good comedic timing, and, Kristen Bell’s got it in spades. Also, a rockin’ body, but we’re not all about the physical here. (I’ll save that for my new site boobieboobieboobies.com)
