Come along with ManWithPez on a journey to end boredom, for however short a time. Here’s the thing, though. Most people don’t like their copyrighted material up on sites like YouTube. So, for some of these, you might want to look quick. Not in the least would be our first entry today. The Good Eats episode Et Tu Mame. I loved it because I love edamame and I love Alton Brown. Not like THAT! Or do I? Part 1 of Et Tu Mame. Enjoy it before someone makes me take it down.
Sure, I’m late to the Wilford Brimley Diabeetus game, but not only does he want you to get cheap testing supplies, he also wants you to eat your goddamn oatmeal, because not only is it good, it’s good for you. And, one more before I go. Back in 2000, A&E began running the A Nero Wolfe Mystery series, starring Timothy Hutton as Archie Goodwin and Maury Chaykin as Nero Wolfe. It’s easily Chaykin’s greatest role, EVER! Here’s a small sampling of what made it great, and when I showed this clip to ThatCostumeGirl, she was hooked. If you ever get the chance to see the whole series, take it, though it is a little hard to find. Here’s Nero Wolfe with a sentiment I’m certain most of us have felt for the police at one time or another. Also of note is Bill Smitrovich as Inspector Cramer, RD Reid as Sgt. Purley Stebbins, and Colin Fox as Fritz Brenner. Enjoy No Sandwiches For The Police!
