Hot Nerd Crush: Amber Benson and Zachary Levi
Monday, January 4th, 2010
Baby, I will hold still for whatever spell you want to CAST! Damn!
Our first combined Hot Nerd Crush finds us paying homage to one of the most talented ladies to ever grace the Hot Nerd Crush. And the guy who plays Chuck. In deference to Mr. Levi, this is the beginning of how we around here at ManWithPez are starting to shorten things a bit. So hold on and give it a look. The first combined Hot Nerd Crush starts after the jump.
Amber Benson is a multitalented writer, actress, singer, etc, etc, etc. I’m beginning to think that there’s nothing she can’t do. It doesn’t hurt that she offers a sweet countenance, physically and tempermentally over on Twitter, which makes her a celebrity that I’m truly glad I’ve started following. Of course, she’s most well known for her turn as Tara, the lesbian witch with a heart of gold (too bad it wasn’t Kevlar, right? Am I right?! What? Too soon?) on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but she has a habit of turning up everywhere. So, keep your eye out for Amber Benson. I know I am.

Yeah...sure looks like a dork to me. Where did I even find this picture?
Zachary Levi is the star of Chuck over on NBC, a show about a normal dork turned walking goverment supercomputer. At the end of the last season he gained…Wait..I’m not going to tell you that! Just watch the damn show like the rest of us did, if you want to know! Most of the appeal for the show, aside from the assorted line of cheesecake that seems to turn up every week (Thank you, again, Tricia Helfer!) lies firmly in the hands of Mr. Levi and his goofy appeal and charm. Unfortunately, his sexually frustrated relationship with his handler, John Casey…Sorry (No, seriously, I’m sorry Adam Baldwin…please don’t come after me!). With Sarah Walker (future Hot Nerd Crush Yvonne Stahovski) has reached Moonlighting proportions. So, if the show ends up being a bust, you can watch it dissolve it what promises to be some sweet, hot nerd sex. Chuck, starring Zachary Levi. Give it a look.
And, that’s the end of our first combined outing. I don’t know about you, but I thought it went very well. Then again, no, I wouldn’t know about you…and, since I write strictly for me nowadays, piss on you! No, I’m kidding. I wouldn’t want to upset my six readers (Hi, Pastor Burns!)
