It would appear that annoying people is a surefire way of gaining fans.  I’ve more than a few now, thanks to dispensing new and possibly completely unwanted ways of annoying people.  And, coming off the most annoying holiday of the year (barring Super Annoyance Day((patent pending))) Thanksgiving, it’s time I put up a new list that isn’t almost entirely generated by things my family did to me during a visit.  Unfortunately for people who hate Christmas (there’s plenty) most of my lists this month will take on a Yule theme.  So, here’s ten new ways to annoy people after the jump. I asked ThatCostumeGirl who she’d like to see written up as a hot nerd mancrush, and after .03 seconds of thinking she came up with Miguel Ferrer.  Sounds perfect to me.  I don’t think we see enough of this son of Jose Ferrer and Rosemary Clooney myself.  Over the years, he’s amassed quite the nerdbait catalog of films, but there is a film he was in that isn’t for the nerds where he gave a truly terrifying performance.  More on that later.  Hot Nerd Mancrush Miguel Ferrer starts after the jump. Tis the season to be driven nuts by round the clock holiday music in stores, on the radio, and at home. In the spirit of the catchy tunes and sappy lyrics ThatCostumeGirl presents the Top Ten Holiday Songs Currently Stuck in My head. A top ten list of my favorite alternative Chistmas movies is forthcoming, but for now, I’d like to talk about one of my favorites, The Ref.  Not only is it one of the funniest comedies ever, it’s got some of the sharpest, wittiest, and mean dialogue in a film I’ve ever heard.  And, it’s got a great cast to deliver those lines.
